Researchers from Bristol University have discovered that children may think that certain types of snack foods are more filling than other foods because they are more familiar with it, providing key insight into obesity prevention.
This discovery is particularly significant as the amount of obese children in the UK is on the increase, which ultimately can lead to obesity during adulthood.
