How We Work
If this is the first time you've ordered medication online, then you'll probably have more than a few questions about how our service works.
Our ordering process is designed to be both simple and thorough, providing you with convenience and comprehensive medical care from the comfort of your own home. Although each order goes through several steps, the process is actually very quick and ensures that you can receive your medication on the very next working day.
This is how it works...
What happens next...
Doctor reviews your consultationAfter you place your order, your consultation is sent direct to our medical team. It will then be quickly assigned to one of our doctors to review. After reading it over, they will then either:
A: Approve your order if the medication is right for you. They will issue a prescription and then forward it to our pharmacy. It's at this stage that we process the order in full and charge your account.
B: Decline your order, because they feel that this treatment is not suitable for your condition, or because you would react badly to it due to another health concern. No charge will be made to your account if the doctor declines your order.
C: Contact you for more information if they feel that they need to ask further questions before writing a prescription. You will then receive a call or an email from Customer Services to ask for further medical details.
Pharmacy dispenses your medication
Once a prescription has been received by our pharmacy, they will prepare your medication. This process is very similar to what happens at a hospital; your medication is taken from the shelf, the date and batch numbers are checked, and the required labels are then printed. The pharmacist will then perform a final check against the prescription, and place your medication in a tamper proof box. This packaging features no mention of euroClinix or the contents of your order.
Your order will then be dispatched via courier for overnight delivery.
