euroClinix offers free shipping on all orders to the EU

Orders to continental Europe will be dispatched via UPS courier. Orders usually take between 24 - 48 hours to be delivered from the moment they are dispatched, excluding Sundays. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and should arrive on Wednesday at the latest.

Shipping to the UK

Deliveries to the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which offers guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm to all mainland destinations. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next day. Orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

How we package your order

Each order is specifically packaged to protect your privacy and to ensure the safe transit of your treatment. Once dispensed, your medication is delivered in cardboard that is placed within a standard courier envelope. There will be no mention of euroClinix or your order on the envelope.

Same-day delivery

euroClinix now offers a same-day delivery service. We deliver all destinations within about 40 miles from the centre of London. You can simply enter your postcode in the box below to find out about the cost of this service.
Remember: Our same-day delivery service is available from Monday to Friday with orders placed before 2pm.

Our rates depend on the location your order will be delivered to. There are 3 zones as explained below:

London postcodes: FREE
Outer London: £19.95
Everywhere within the M25, but outside of London postcodes.
Outside London: £39.95
All locations eligible for same day delivery which are outside of the M25.
