Easter Raffle Terms and Conditions

The English version of the terms and conditions of this Raffle (“T&Cs”) shall remain the master copy and any discrepancy found in a translated version shall be considered unintentional and incorrect.

In these T&Cs, Hexpress Healthcare Limited of 106 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon CR0 6AD, United Kingdom (“Company”) is the promoter of this Raffle.

The Company takes your data protection seriously. By entering this Raffle, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, the Company's general terms and conditions and agree to these T&Cs, and you agree to your information being held and processed in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Laws. These T&Cs prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these T&Cs and by participating in this Raffle, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these T&Cs. Please retain a copy for your information.

Entry criteria and eligibility

• The Raffle is free to enter and open to respective countries residents aged 18 years or over, who will be referred to as 'Entrants'.
• Entrants may enter multiple times with a valid email address - however, only one discount code will be provided.
• There is only one grand prize voucher. Entrants can only win once.
• Entries by Entrants in violation of these T&Cs will be disqualified.
• Employees of the Company, their agents and contractors or any partner or member of any such person's immediate family are not permitted to enter the Raffle.
• The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants.
• By entering this Raffle, you consent to us contacting you occasionally about our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

How the Easter Raffle works and prize details

• The Raffle takes place between 29/03/2021 and 05/04/2021 ("Period").
• Each Entrant can enter the Raffle via email or on our websites, Facebook or Instagram.
• To participate in the Raffle, Entrants will be redirected to the Company's landing page, where they will provide their details (name, phone number and email).
• There will be a single winner who will win a voucher of £50.00 for use on our services. The voucher will be valid from 08/04/2021 and will expire on 08/04/2022.
• All Entrants will receive a 15% discount on our services for entering the Raffle. This promotional code will expire on 30/04/2021.
• No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted.

Winners

• A winner will be selected from the correct entries by random draw performed by computer process.
• The winner will be notified via email. When we contact you, we may require you to confirm your personal information (email address, first & last name, date of birth) to verify your identity.
• The winner will be contacted on 08/04/2021.
• The winner is required to confirm their acceptance by replying to the email within 48 hours.
• If the prize is unclaimed within 48 hours of the initial notification, declined or the chosen winner is not eligible, the winner will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected from the correct entries by random draw performed by a computer process, and the new winner will be notified as per the above procedure.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The prize will be provided to the winner by email. The Company accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by Entrants. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed to be unwanted and the Company reserves the right, if time allows for it, to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above.

General

• Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs upon entry. The Company has the right to update or amend these T&Cs at any time.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these T&Cs.
• No one other than an individual who has entered the Raffle shall have any rights in respect of this Raffle whether under these T&Cs or otherwise.
• The Company's decisions regarding any aspect of the Raffle are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Prizes are not negotiable or transferable. No monetary value shall be given in exchange for a prize.
• The Company complies with all relevant Data Protection Laws and will not share your details with a third party without your prior consent.
• The Company has the right to end, suspend or amend the Raffle at any time.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
• Each Entrant is responsible for ensuring their entry complies with the local laws of the country in which they are legally resident at the time their entry is submitted, and any tax liability as a result of entry, is the winner’s own.
• The winner agrees to the use (without prior notice) of his/her name, photo, image and/or likeness and county/country of residence for announcements, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity, by the Company and its partners, assigns and licensees, without compensation or additional consents from the winner.
• Any prizes claimed in accordance with these T&Cs will be subject to any amendments made to the T&Cs prior to the date the prize is redeemed. Winners should check these T&Cs before redeeming any prizes.
• The Company reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Company's control make it necessary to do so.
• The Company may at its absolute discretion disqualify any Entrant found to be tampering with the Raffle process or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Raffle.
• The Company cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to its website(s) and no responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Company will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
• Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Company nor its partners or agents or assigns or licensees assume any responsibility or liability for any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of claim codes at any point in the operation of this Raffle.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company, its partners or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its partners or agents or that of their employees. Entrants' statutory rights are not affected.
• In the event that any provision of these T&Cs is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the parties shall amend that provision in such reasonable manner that achieves the intention of the parties without illegality or, at the discretion of the Company, may be severed from the T&Cs and the remaining provisions of the T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect.
• This Raffle is governed by and subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising under these T&Cs.
