Dr Samuel Chow first graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in pharmacology. He also took beginner and intermediate courses in Mandarin, French, and Japanese.

A year later, he graduated from an accelerated course in medicine - gaining his Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery in 2010.

In 2014, Dr Chow graduated from the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, and later, the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2016.
