Dr Sudha Srikanth studied for her Medicine degree at the University of Madras. She graduated in 1989.
She moved to the United Kingdom in 1990. Since then, she has worked across many areas of general practice and emergency care.
For the last 17 years, she has worked in hospitals and as a portfolio GP. She has specialised in several areas, including paediatrics, elderly care and dermatology.

Dr Srikanth received a medical degree from the University of Madras in 1989, in Chennai, India.
After she moved to the UK, she initially trained as a paediatrician. She obtained a Diploma in Paediatrics & Child Health in 2004.
She later worked as a GP in hospitals across Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS) and joined the Royal College of Practitioners in 2021.
During this time she also trained in Dermatology and Surgery and obtained a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff in 2011.
For the last 17 years, Dr Srikanth has been a Specialist GP specialising in Dermatology at Croydon University Hospital. She regularly sees patients with acute issues, for outpatient referrals and surgery consultations.
Throughout this time, she has also worked as a portfolio GP. She has worked across many sectors including A&E, Out of Hours (OOH), and local GP surgeries.
